Anyone else having issues with R2b2 Ai?

I’m experiencing unexpected problems with R2b2 Ai and can’t figure out how to fix them. Has anyone else dealt with glitches or errors recently? I’d really appreciate advice or troubleshooting tips.

Honestly, R2b2 Ai is like that one friend who works flawlessly one day and totally ghosts you the next. I’ve been fighting with it all week—constant timeouts, random error codes, and sometimes it just freezes for no reason at all. I even reinstalled the app and cleared my cache (twice), nada. Doesn’t help that their support page is basically an endless loop of “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” A couple other users I know are also having weird behavior—like inaccurate data outputs and integrations breaking out of the blue. Not sure if it’s a server issue or a bug from a recent update, but it’s definitely not just you. Wish I had a miracle fix, but at this point, my only tip is to back up your work often and maybe keep a stress ball handy… you’ll need it.

Not gonna lie, R2b2 Ai has always been a wildcard for me, so I get where you and @nachtdromer are coming from—but I haven’t had quite the same level of meltdown as others (yet). Honestly, before I get irritated enough to throw my laptop out the window, I usually do a hard check on their status page or scan their official social feeds for outage or incident notices (sometimes they admit it, sometimes crickets). Weirdly, what’s worked for me that didn’t help others is swapping to a different browser or running it in a private/incognito window. Not saying that’s a cure-all, but I haven’t seen it mentioned as often and sometimes, cookies/plugins just get in their way.

I’d also lean into logging the specific error messages and timestamps. I know it’s a pain, but it gives you ammo if/when you finally get through to an actual support human (instead of their copy-paste “reboot it” mantra that @nachtdromer mentioned). One thing I don’t agree with: I wouldn’t bother reinstalling unless you see app-level corruption. It feels like treating a headache by buying a new pillow—does nothing for the real issue.

As for integrations breaking, I’d try rolling back to an older version if you still have that option, or revert any changes you made right before things went sideways. And as much as I hate to say it, sometimes you just have to walk away for a bit and see if their devs quietly sneak in a stealth fix—they’ve done it before. In short: don’t assume you’re alone, try a few weird workarounds no one suggests, and maybe keep your expectations low so you’re pleasantly surprised if it actually works for once.
